We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds.
Consulting Services
Strategy sessions and consulting engagements are non-refundable once delivered. If a session must be cancelled, we require 48 hours notice to reschedule at no charge.
Ongoing Services (Marketing, Management)
Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. We do not offer retroactive refunds for services already rendered.
Software Development
Development projects follow milestone-based billing. Refunds for work completed are not available. If a project is cancelled, you pay only for work completed to date.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation and offer revisions or credit where appropriate.
